Mónica has a Master’s Degree in Law and a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad de Los Andes. She has focused her practice on advising, consulting, and managing legal solutions in public and private contracting, and structuring projects with private participation in infrastructure, corporate law, and litigation. She has more than 12 years of professional and academic experience, during which she has worked as a legal advisor in law firms, private consulting, construction, and technology companies, as well as in the public sector, in addition to representing different clients for the execution of projects in multiple sectors. In addition, she has participated in teaching and research activities related to infrastructure law.
