He is a member of the negotiating team for the Free Trade Agreement between Colombia and the United States at the Intellectual Property and Competition table. Consultant to the Colombian government in the negotiation of the trade agreement with the European Union, among others on the subject of denominations of origin, geographical identifications and collective marks. University professor in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in commercial law, competition and intellectual property (for more than 13 years). Director of the Specialization in Competition Law and Consumer Protection at the Sergio Arboleda University.
