Profile and Education
After graduating in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he collaborated with the Chair of Civil Law – Prof. Adolfo di Majo. In 2003 he co-founded “Biggio-Martinelli-Zucconi” Law Firm and in 2005 he became member of the Justice Commission of the Italian Rowing Federation. Since 2011 he has been associated with Leopoldo Aperio Bella and in 2020 their Firm “Aperio Bella-Zucconi” has merged in “Casella Pacca di Matrice” Law Firm.

Since the beginning of his career, he has worked in the following areas: out-of-court civil law and litigation, administrative law – with refence to the subject of urban planning and public contractor selection procedures in healthcare field.
